Memory Clinic
Goals:
To assess patients with memory difficulties.
The Memory Clinic is dedicated to helping those patients who may be experiencing memory difficulties. The goal of the clinic is to help patients with memory difficulties, maintain independent living, and the best quality of life for as long as possible.
The Memory Clinic Team will assess and provide recommendations on may aspects of memory function, including blood work, cognitive testing, caregiver support and driving safety.
Memory Clinic involved physicians, a pharmacist, nurse practitioners, social workers, and support by a consulting Geriatrician and Alzheimer's Society of Muskoka.
Available to patients of Medical Associates and Rugged Shores Family Health
